? Bachelor?s Degree or Higher?s in a Human Resources
or Business or related field.
? At least 10 years HR generalist experience (3 years at
managerial level) with a multinational or leading
organization.
? Experience working in a Fitness or Sport Club or
Service environment is a plus.
? Strong knowledge of the full spectrum of HR
activities.
? Good command of the English language and
computer skills.
? Good adaptation to changes & new environment
? Able to work under high pressure, highly responsible
and willing to work hard.
Be responsible for all Human Resources activities for Sport Club. Provide assistance and advice and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate with HR Team regarding the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems and inquires.
