-Excellent English communication skills both in verbal & written.
-At least 10 years in Middle East sales segment experience in 5 star hotel
-Knowledge in Hotel Opera system is a plus
-Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power point)

-Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
-Excellent interpersonal skills
Functions as the leader of the hotel?s segmented sales effort from Middle East Source both group and transient and responsible for implementing the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals and guest and associate satisfaction. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.
