Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field.
- At least 8 years professional training & development experience is required for Assistant Manager and 5 years for supervisor level in hospitality or related industry
- Proficiency in MS office, advanced knowledge in excel
- Strong communication and able to work with all levels within organization
- Able to work independent and under pressure with positive attitude
- Possess great initiative and positive thinking
- Excellent command of English
- Able to travel to upcountry as planned
Job Details:
- Find out and analyst training needs in line with business needs and individual needs
- Summarize, design course syllabus and distribute approved yearly training & development plan to all employee level for further preparation
- Arrange both functional and management training & development program as planned
- Summarize and submit training & development assessment, training expense to relevant department
- Monthly submit completed training & development program to Skill Development Department.
- Facilitate mandatory training i.e first Aids, fire Drill & Evacuation, Team Building as planned.
- Initiate new learning & development methodology and tools
- Quarterly follow up action result after training & development program completion
- Periodically develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other learning materials in line with course syllabus and training methodology.
- Conduct Induction Program
- Periodically update training & development procedure
- Control training & development expense in line with training budget
- Contact and coordinate with public training company to nominate employee to public training class
- Submit quarterly training report to HR Director and EXCOM
- Facilitate English Course in place as needed.
- Contact with Educational Institute for internship program and administer and follow up internship program
- Monthly submit training & development result report to HR Director
- Review and update internal & external training & development process and procedure
- 5days work/week
