-Thai Nationality holding High school / Diploma degree with pleasant personality.
-Good Personality, energetic and enthusiastic.
-Proficiency in English spoken.
-Be able to work under pressure and within team environment.
-Be able to establish good guest relation.
-Service minded, friendly and helpful.
-Experienced at least 1 year in Concierge or 3 years in Bell Boy.
-Can work as shift.
-Speaking other languages is advantage.
-Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
-No military service obligation.
-Driver Licese.
1. Handles all guests? requests and fulfills them as quickly as possible.
2. To be a center of information and assistance to all guests regarding activities.
3. Reviews daily arrival and departure list, works closely with Guest Service department to providing guest services.
4. Arranges all types of requests for all of our guests such as airline tickets, transportation services, etc.
5. Follows up with requests from guests and assists guests as requested.
6. Discusses with hotel guests daily about their stay?s comments and notes feedback in logbook for information.
7. Greets guests on their departure.
8. Assists with transportation arrangement, airline flight reconfirmation, etc. for guests.
9. Recommends all F&B outlets, entertainment, facilities, activities, etc. to hotel guests.
10. Assists guests in getting to know the hotel facilities available.
