2. Detailed knowledge of working practices of Purchasing, Cost Control
1. To ensure that all goods and equipment entering the storerooms must be supported by proper documentation (purchase order, grocery list) etc.
2. To ensure that all goods and equipment leaving the storeroom must be supported by properly authorized requisitions.
3. To ensure that the working areas/equipment are kept cleaned and neat, and are in working condition.
4. To ensure that the storerooms are securely locked and that No unauthorized personnel are allowed in.
5. To store all items in a systematic manner.
