- Male.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields.
- Hotel / travel agent industry experience would be an advantage.
- Good in English and Thai.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication.
- Working well independently and in a team.
- Outstanding problem solving abilities.
- Clear thinking and good decision making under pressure.
- Dealing with bookings by phone.
- E-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face.
- Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave.
- Choosing rooms and handing out keys.
- Preparing bills and taking payments.
- Taking and passing on messages to guests.
- dealing with special requests from guests. (like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items)
- Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area.
- Preparing the foreigner report to the Immigration.
- Dealing with complaints or problems.
