-At least 2 years experience in the same position, has experience in AccorHotels Group is an advantage.
-Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
-Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
-Ensures the quality of service provided for guests, that they are comfortable and receive a warm and personal welcome.
-Recongnising all repeat and important guests, and builds rapport in order to develop personal guest contact, obtain preferences and pro-actively anticipate guest needs and requirements.
-Conducting regular quality checks on the floor receptions to ensure standards and consistency are maintained to the highest level at all time.
-Maintaining open line communication and ensures guest complaints and feedbacks are handle effectively and efficiently by supervising team members, delegating responsibilities and liaising with other related departments.
-Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards.
