- At least 3-5 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accor Group is an advantage.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
- Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
- To promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
- The Business Development Director performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotels norms and by internal regulations.
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel.
Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
- Keeps himself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).
Sets, in conjunction with the General Manager, the current rates of the hotel.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
- Implements policies and procedures as directed by the General Manager.
- Forecasts future travel patterns and provided trade feedback to the management.
- Monitors and supervises his/her team?s production and activities.
