o Performs room changes in an efficient and helpful manner and in accordance with the hotel?s standards.
o Properly records incoming/outgoing luggage and deliver with care and promptly within 15 minutes upon the guest?s arrival.
o Delivers newspapers as per hotel policy.
o Delivers messages, faxes or other mail to the room.
o Checks daily arrival list.
o Answer and transfer incoming calls in accordance with hotel standards.
o Keep the luggage storeroom tidy and clean.
o Drives hotel vehicles and shuttle busses.
o Welcomes/transfers hotel guests to and from the airport in accordance with established standards
