- 1 years experience in the role of front desk supervisor.
- Strong in leadership and interpersonal skill, positive attitude, polite manner.
- Effective in coordinating and able to manage staff levels activities.
- Guest service oriented and capable of resolving problems and complaints.
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skill and familiar with Opera system.
Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant qualification is advantage.
Supervision Guest Service Agent, Guest Relation Officer and monitor lobby area but not limit to AYS, Concierge, Business Center, Gift Shop, Loss Prevention and Limousine Desk in the absence of Section Manager. This position necessitates the individual to spend at least 50% of their time in the lobby outside the counter in order to greet and meet with guests and other 50% to train, control, organize and assist associates in order to manage the service experience.
