- Customer service oriented and ability for multitasking.
- Strong in interpersonal skill, positive attitude, polite manner.
- Fluent in English.
- Be able to work as a shift schedule and well time management.
- Basic computer skill and familiar with Opera system is advantage.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant qualification is advantage.
The Guest Service Agent holds a key position by providing the first impression we give our guests. The position necessitates being an information giver, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
