Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
You will be responsible for?the efficient running of?the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and?brand standards, whilst meeting?employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to ensure smooth running of daily breakfast , all day dining menu with 70% of role focused around Bangkok's newest rooftop bar in AIRE BAR. Responsibility to also coach and drive the culinary team including ownership of the rotation of food menus when is required. Is driven by food & beverage in concepts and service delivery.
