-Proven food and beverage management experience in a similar position
-Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Comanche system/MSOffice ? Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-High problem solving skills
-Communication and leadership skills
-Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
-Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
-Guest-oriented and service-minded
-Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
-Manage all F&B outlets, service aspects and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards in the Royal Wing Suites & Spa
-Preserve the best levels of internal and external customer service trying to impressed guests at all time
-Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements
-Identify customers? needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and work on our customer relationship management program
-Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
-Create, maintain and distribute schedules for the staff
-Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
-Manage and train staff on all F&B knowledge aspects related to their position including promotions and special events and by training staff on ?up-selling ?
-Comply with all health and safety regulations
-Coordinates with Sales team regarding all events (F&B information) and all department related to F&B services.
