- Performance Management and Talent Development Targets.
- Performance Management Process Support.
- Identify root causes of employee performance issues and to develop performance improvement plans.
- Analyzing training needs of their staff and recommend annual training program plan.
- Ensure training records are properly maintained and reported.
- Develop relationship with external training resources to understand their capabilities and to recommend opportunities for collaboration when appropriate.
- Design and develop training programs.
- Rrecommend evaluation criteria and methods and when approved evaluate the training effectiveness as agreed and take appropriate actions to improve training effectiveness
