1. Maintain close co-operation with the pro shop to maximize tee time utilization.
2. Applying the club rules to all golfers in particular two balls and singles.
3. High standards of starter area service.
4. Manage pace of play promise.
5. Deliver consistently high levels of caddy service measured by feedback.
6. Manage constant marshalling of the course.
7. Golf carts are available, clean and ready for service.
8. Driving range is professionally set-up and ready for service.
9. Shuttle services between club, car parking and driving range are operating efficiently.
10. Car Parking is followed according to club rules.
11. Engaging with members and guests formally and informally to identify complaints and areas for service improvement.
12. Deliver the highest level of presentation in all areas of the club.
