Sales Coordinator - Corporate [ผู้ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย]

-Effective Telephone communication and sales skills
-Proficiency in English Communication ( writing, speaking, listening)
-Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
-Knowledge of basic FIDELIO Sales & Catering and Microsoft Programs
-Effective typewriting both in Thai and English
-Strong organizational skill
-Strong customer and associate relation skills
-Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g., associates, customers
-Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
-Ensure that Sales Office and Sales Store Room are kept organized, clean and tidy

As the local, on property sales/catering contact for customers, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative work of Sales Department, ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of communication to and from the department. To coordinate, direct, communicate and service customer requirements to align with hotel and department objectives with direction and assistant from immediate supervisor as needed or necessary.
