- Be a Strategic Business Leader of Revenue Management in the hotel
- Balance the financial objectives of all properties to maximize total revenue
- Lead pricing, positioning and inventory of the hotel
- Oversees all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting and opportunity analysis
- Act as primary contact for and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders including GM?s, Director of Sales and Marketing, Owners and Corporate executive
- Ensure hotels achieve/exceed revenue targets as specified in respective budget.
- Continuous analysis of competitive sets, price positioning, seasonality and mix.
- Processes month end reporting and critiques .
- Works with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop Marketing Plan for all revenue streams.
