Training Supervisor

Qualification:

?Bachelor Degreea
?Experience leading tours compulsory in Travel Industry, as a tour guide or similar certification
?Fluent in English
?Computer skills (Word and Excel), Dynamic, strong serviced mind with good relations & communication skills
?Must be able to travel/relocate aboard

-Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing various Learning & Development training initiatives aligned to training content & tools.
-Supporting and facilitating all GO-GE development initiatives as supervisor to the Village Training Manager.
-Analyzes, develops, and improves training modules and tools in conjunction with Village Training Manager.
-Optimizes tools & procedures.
-Personally, facilitates and co-facilitates training programs aligned to the monthly & seasonal priorities.
-Evaluates impact of training solutions.
-Documents and reports training results.
-Assures local training compliance aligned to all Mandatory trainings.
