Duty Manager

- Minimum of 5 years of hotel experience.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Excellent command of English

- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera) and Microsoft Office.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between all departments, maintaining high service standards, and handling guest complaints and emergencies professionally.
