- Communication: Fluent in English Communication
- Computer Office: Property Management Program (PMS), Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage

1. Works according to the Tinidee Trendy Bangkok Khaosan
2. To be responsible for the maximization of room sales and revenue for the Hotel
3. Supervises day-to-day operation ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained
4. Ensures our customers receive a fast, efficient check-in and check-out, and ensures all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner
5. Works closely with all departments, especially the Sales Office and Banquet Office, to ensure that tours, groups, conventions and corporate clients are handled properly
6. Greets and escorts important guests when arriving and departing, and takes responsibility for pre-check the room and causes the VIP set-up
7. Reviews, maintains and amends systems/ procedures within front office
8. Ensures a consistently high standard of service and presentation are maintained for both the department and its personnel
9. Ensures training records are kept updated and all planned training is carried out
10. Monitors customer feedback and advises concerned supervisors
11. Ensures Front Office Manager is kept informed of all developments within the department
12. Ensures Departmental Orientation and On-the Job Training is carried out for all new members and all of necessary members of the team
13. Assists in Rooms & Guest Services functions whenever possible or required to ensure of smooth operation and guest satisfaction
14. Works close to @All Service (the Communication Center) to ensure messages are delivered promptly as well as calls are answered within an appropriate period
15. Works close and support, never necessary, to the Business Center, ensure secretarial service and handles all documents and information- s confidential
16. Works with all pre-set budgetary limits
17. Be familiar with Emergency Plan and Evacuation and be able to handle emergency situation according to emergency- s procedures of the Hotel
18. Complies with all systems and procedures, as laid down by the standards
19. Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
