-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in hotel development, investment analysis, or hospitality consulting.
-Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across different markets.
-Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and brand expansion strategies.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Fluent in English.
-Experience in international business and good understanding of Asian culture is an advantage
Ability to travel regionally as required.
-Drive business growth through strategic planning, financial modeling, and negotiation of agreements to expand the company?s brand presence across the region.
-Establish and identify business contacts with hotel owners, developers, and investors.
-Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
-Supervise and support area representatives in each territory to enhance business development efforts.
-Conduct market and location research to evaluate the competitive landscape in various countries.
-Analyze industry trends and business potential before initiating contact with prospects.
-Look for opportunities to expand and strengthen the brand presence in Asia.
-Assist in building financial models to assess project feasibility and return on investment.
-Prepare five-year revenue projections at the preliminary stage as requested by potential partners.
-Support presentations to financial institutions and banks when necessary.
-Define product category for each hotel property based on market research.
-Internally coordinate project planning to achieve feasible outcomes during negotiations.
-Make compelling presentations to prospects and conduct follow-ups to drive business conversion.
-Prepare and draft agreements including Sub-License Agreements, Professional Service Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Premier Amendments, MOUs, ADO Agreements, Referral Agreements, and Letters of Appreciation for Fee Finders.
-Ensure all agreements align with company policies and business objectives.
-Special project as agreed with the Managing Director, Development to support the business requirements of the organization.
