- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- At least 10 years in Sales & Marketing and 5 years direct sales and experience with key account management or consultative selling responsibilities with a proven track experience with hotels
- Demonstrated leadership ability, self-motivated/disciplined, with an outgoing personality
- Strong Negotiation and problems solving skills.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- This position is only open to Thai nationals
Responsible for managing, planning, directing, controlling, coordinating of Sales & Marketing of room. It includes the formulation, development and implementation of marketing plan & strategies, aimed at achieving profitable revenue at the highest possible yield and ensure that the hotel projects a unified image. Responsible to keep the management abreast of all-key facts, developments and objectives of sales & marketing operations as well of trends in the local and international markets.
