- Professional appearance: well-groomed and tidy
- Pleasant personality: confident, self-motivated and diplomatic
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Good command of both English, both written and spoken
- Initiative, good interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree

รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for hotel operation during the night, and ensure that the welfare and comfort of all guests and staff are taken care well as mentioned in the hotel policies.
- Check whether Team Members performances are delivered up to hotel standard or not.
- Take over decision making instead of Manager, Operations for solution of problems regarding both guest service and Team Members behaviors under the authority given by Manager, Operations.
- Co-ordinate with night shift Team Leaders of other departments when requested.
- Workout and collaborate with the Team Members concerned in handling the guest- s needs and ensure that the service is followed through.
- Able to deal with the guest for all guest complaints and can connect with every Department Heads for the urgent matter needed.
- Control behavior of Night Shift Team Members and discipline them when needed.
- Work closely with Security Staff to ensure that they carry out their duties as assigned for safety of hotel guests, Team Members, their belongings, including the hotel assets.
- Undertake daily job on hotel inspection together with security staff for such areas guest floors, fire exit, fire staircase, especially to all equipment for safety.
- Prepare daily report to the Operations Manager
