- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานร้านอาหารหรือโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Captain, Supervisor หรือสูงกว่า
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations as a Captain , Supervisor or higher

- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน วางแผน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
Strong team management, planning, and problem-solving skills

- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
Excellent communication skills and professional customer service mindset

- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
Flexible with working hours and able to work in shifts

- รายงานปัญหาหรือสิ่งผิดปกติให้ผู้จัดการทราบทันที
Report any issues or irregularities to the F&B Manager promptly

- มีทักษะในการบริหารเวลา และสามารถจัดการงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently

- ดูแลการดำเนินงานภายในร้านอาหารให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น และมีประสิทธิภาพ
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

- สนับสนุนและควบคุมทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานของร้าน
Support and supervise staff to follow service standards

- แก้ไขปัญหาและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
Handle customer concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction

- จัดตารางงานพนักงาน และควบคุมต้นทุน/ของใช้ภายในร้าน
Manage staff schedules and control restaurant supplies and costs

- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้จัดการร้าน / ผู้จัดการทั่วไป
Report operations and updates to the Restaurant Manager / General Manager
