Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in front office or hotel operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Problem-solving mindset and a calm, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with PMS systems (Guestline experience is a plus)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Training
- Supervise and support front desk staff during assigned shifts
- Train new team members on hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create and manage staff schedules to match operational needs
2. Guest Service & Problem Solving
- Ensure warm, professional check-in and check-out experiences
- Handle guest complaints with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
- Provide special care and attention to VIP guests and special requests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
3. Daily Operations & Reporting
- Oversee front office processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Approve and review daily reports including occupancy, reservations, and financial transactions
- Manage cashiering, billing, and financial procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the lobby and front desk areas
4. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between front desk staff and hotel management
- Relay important guest information to housekeeping, engineering, and security teams
- Implement hotel policies and standards consistently across shifts
5. Emergency Response & Safety
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or guest safety concerns
- Ensure staff compliance with hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Manage lost & found items in accordance with hotel policy
6. Service Standards & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain service quality in line with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals
- Propose ideas for service enhancements and operational efficiency
- Stay informed about hospitality trends and best practices
