Group Reservation Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกจองห้องพัก)

Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of hotel reservations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or cluster/multi-property role.

Proficient in hotel systems such as Opera (Cloud), SynXis, or other PMS/CRS platforms.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Leadership and team management experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; Thai or other regional languages are an asset.

Ability to multitask and manage operations across several properties.

The Group Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the reservations operations across multiple hotel properties within the cluster. This role ensures optimal inventory management, revenue generation, team leadership, and a seamless reservation experience for both individual and group bookings.
