Night Supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's operations during the night shift. This position ensures the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, while providing exceptional customer service. The Night Supervisor will manage the night staff, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise during the night.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise night staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's night operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports to the hotel management.
- Assist in emergency situations and follow established protocols.
- Train and mentor night staff to ensure high performance and adherence to hotel policies.
