Inspect and maintain various systems such as electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, heating systems, cooling systems, sanitation systems, fire suppression systems, elevator systems, telephone systems, internet systems, and more.
Repair:
Troubleshoot and repair broken equipment such as electrical appliances, room appliances, kitchen appliances, furniture, and more.
Preventative maintenance:
Plan and perform preventative maintenance to prevent future problems and extend the life of the equipment.
Emergency Response:
Troubleshoot and respond to emergencies such as power outages, water leaks, or other potential problems.
Coordination:
Work with other departments in the hotel to ensure smooth maintenance and repairs and to avoid disruption to guest services.
Task management:
Schedule maintenance work, create reports, and manage spare parts and equipment.
