Previous experience in a similar guest services or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury villa or hotel setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in additional languages an advantage
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Greetings guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome to the villa
Escorting guests to their accommodations and ensuring they are fully orientated with the villa facilities
Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the villa to the highest standards
Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols
