Revenue Analysis (BKK Based)

- Specialized Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in Revenue Management, Yield Management, or Pricing within the luxury or upscale 4-5 star hotel segment.

- System Proficiency (Tech Savvy): Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of global Revenue Management Systems (RMS).

- Advanced Analytics: Exceptional ability to conduct advanced, complex numerical data analysis and Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, modeling, and reporting).

- Strategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory, necessary for strategic reporting and liaising with senior/corporate leadership.

- Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to translate analysis results into actionable business strategies and pricing recommendations to maximize total revenue performance.

- Support Revenue Manager in all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory and opportunity analysis.
- Assist an overall initiatives to balance the financial objectives and maximize total revenue.
- Manage rooms and inventory and ensuring that allocation are property monitored to maximize total hotels revenue.
- Support the Revenue Manager in maximizing revenue and yield by continually analyzing business trends to highlight key opportunities, and ensuring that optimal revenue management, pricing, and distribution strategies are effectively maintained and delivered.
- Prepares forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms.
To formulates, prepares and communicates reports for senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- To assist in the preparation of the weekly yield/revenue meeting reports and agenda and supporting documentation.
