Chief Bartender

- 24-45 Year old
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hotel, service business, or a related field.
- Good personality and service ?minded oriented
- Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Good command in English is required

- At least 4-5 years of experience in beverage/bar/service management, with supervisory/assistant manager experience preferred.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixology techniques.
- Skills in team management, communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work shifts/weekends and adapt to changing shifts.
- Certifications in Barista, Mixologist, Wine, or Beverage Management are preferred.

- Greet and greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide efficient and attentive service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and orderly service area, ensuring table setting and clearing are prompt.
- Accurately handle payments and process transactions efficiently. Basic computer and POS system knowledge is required.
- Assist with other duties, such as restocking equipment and performing other assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Prepare simple drinks and desserts.
