- Bachelor degree in Art-English, Humanities, or related fields
- Welcome new graduates or 1 years' experience in Juristic person, Customer Service, Hotel receptionist, Cabin Crew, Guest Service will be an advantage
- Good personality and service ?minded oriented
- Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Good command in English is required

- Proven experience as a bottle server, promoter, or in high-volume nightlife service.
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service and networking skills.
- A strong social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms) with ability to engage followers.
- Confidence in engaging with VIP clientele and promoting events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment.
- Flexible availability ? evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of premium spirits, champagne, and nightlife trends.
- Guest Experience: Provide high-energy, attentive, and personalized bottle service to VIP guests.
- Promotion & Marketing: Leverage your social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote events, drive reservations, and attract new clientele.
- Upselling: Recommend premium bottles, add-ons, and exclusive packages to maximize sales.
- Presentation: Deliver bottles with flair and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels celebrated.
- Service Excellence: Ensure accurate orders, handle payments via POS systems, and maintain attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hosts, bartenders, and management for seamless VIP experiences.
- Compliance: Check IDs, enforce age restrictions, and follow responsible service guidelines.
- Ambassadorship: Represent The Club Lagos positively both inside and outside the venue.
