General Manager (ผู้จัดการทั่วไป)

?Male/Female age not over 50 years
?Thai or Japanese nationality who has been working in Thailand is preferable.
?Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or related filed.
?Experience in hotel or spa business field at least 10 years or worked as related business field.
?Minimum 5 years of experience in the management position.
?Understand Japanese culture and manner as well.
?Strong leadership to lead the organization
?Excellent communication, analytical , interpersonal and presentation skill
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
?Good English communication skills is a must
( For Japanese have to speak Thai as well)

The General Manager is responsible for achieving optimal guest satisfaction and a good working environment to attain all set objectives. To achieve this, the General Manager should run Yunomori Onsen in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies as set out by the company.
