? Identify and implement immediate actions related to Marketing & PR activities.
? Writes up content for any promotional materials as well as press releases of the hotels? services, restaurants and entertainment.
? Promotes all promotions and special events in the hotels as a spokesperson of the hotels.
? Co-ordinates and take care of media (international and local), sponsors, partners, co-promotions, barter agreement parties, celebrities and guests.
? Co-ordinates with outsourced graphic designer to produce PR & Marketing?s promotional materials
? Manages and updates the hotel?s databases for internal use
? Evaluating marketing opportunities and calculating ROI?s in line with the hotel?s brand.
? Assisting Sales team in delivering of a top line product in line with the business plan.
? Knowledge of emerging social media platforms.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Strong administration and multi-tasking ability.
? Strong focus on teamwork and has a pleasant, smiling personality.
