- Thai Nationality
- 3 years+ experience in position applied
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Smart Finder)
- Able to communicate in English
- Good management skills
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Menu Planning and Cost controlling
- Ensure that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe
- Ensure that all chefs and kitchen helpers are always in clean and tidy uniforms.
