- 2 years experience in operator role in hospitality business
- Fluent in Thai and English Communication
? Supervises switchboard team under concept of ?One stop services?
? Is in charge of coordinating the team as well as with other department in order to maximize guest satisfaction over the phone
? Ensure that all team members are well updated on hotel information as well as surrounding area
? Ensures that guests' requests take priority in the team's work
? Ensures that services meet guests' expectations
? Supervise the team members on Room Service operation especially order taker function
? Prepare guest inquiries daily tracking report to monitor on daily operation of department concerned
? Keeps track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest inquiries daily tracking report
? Supervises the Service Center' checklist
? Ensure all team members are fully knowledgeable on Service Center operation through internal training
? Ensures the team can promptly handle emergency situation according to emergency standard at all time
? Ensures internal procedures are duly applied
