- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
-Create a safe environment for both staff and Guest to operate in.
- Help maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
-Act on issues concerning Guest safety, in accordance with the Activity- s policies, and in accordance with The Guest- s Act.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair and security of Activity equipment.
- Have good working knowledge of the Activity Standards and Policy.
- Take responsibility for Guest specific of activity planning, and encourage a group of Guest with that activities.
- Encourage Guest in outside and sporting activities, and join in.
- Support the Activity Leader in implementing new ideas and activities.
- Join in training sessions for your staff development.
- Help keep a record of all Activities register for Activity in Lub D Hostel Patong Phuket.
-Be proactive in ensuring the Guest are well looked after.
