Hygiene Manager

- Food Technologist or Environmental Health or Food Science and have Good auditing skills.
- Familiar to Food Hygiene and Food safety.
- HACCP trained
- Excellent knowledge of leading edge Hygiene and Sanitation related practices through regular attendance in International Food Safety.
- At least 3 years experience as hotel hygienist.
- Pleasant/ good listener.
- Organized & systematic.
- Fair with integrity.
- Sense of humor.
- Good management skills.
- Positive work attitude and ethics.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
