? Sell hotel rooms, food & beverages and function space;to identify lead markets and clients and promote the hotel.
? Direct to contact potential business leads, keeping control of heavy booking dates.
? Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term
? Organize periodic sales blitz to create brand awareness.
? Identifies and analyzes competition, both locally and regionally.
? Conduct a complete review and provide property specific recommendations on room type descriptions, rate plans and pricing strategies, and market segment analysis.
? Maintains high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community.
? Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.
? Prepare monthly sales reports.
