1. Thai citizen.
2. Age up to 30. (30 or below)
3. Minimum of internship experience in Luxury or Business Hotel.
4. Able to work 6 days per week.
5. Able to work afternoon shift.
6. English spoken is preferable.
***Only European Kitchen in Fine Dining Restaurant experience are allowed to apply for this position***
1. Assist Chef de Partie in planning, organizing and preparation of food
2. Work on rotating basis in different sections of kitchen operation
3. Provide supervision and guidance of unqualified Chef?s
4. Help to prepare food orders
5. Prepare daily mis-en-place list
6. Assist in preparing spoilage reports and inter kitchen transfers
7. Check mis-en-place daily, turn food over, and reduce wastage
8. Prepare mis-en-place or replenish food stock ( hot or cold) in all areas such as cold larder) as directed by Chef de Cuisine
9. Check stock lists and levels
10. Keep freezers organized and rotate stock
11. Report any out of stock items to Shift / Team leader
12. Cleans and maintains working areas, equipment, utensils and fridges
