- Working Experience in Sales Manager or Assistant Manager position at least 5 years and a successful track record in a leading hotel or club.
- Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
- International hotel experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Thai national
- Targeting new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
- Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
- Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
- Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
- Work to achieve goals and objectives.
- Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
- Interact everyday with Sales team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
- Develop and manage sales budget.
- Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
- Inform potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
- Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
? Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations.
- Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
