Assistant Golf Operation Manager

- At least 5 years with a successful track record as Golf Operation team in a leading club in Thailand
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
- Working in a team environment
- Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
- Fluent in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office - Word , Excel , PowerPoint.

- Assists Golf Operations Manager on day to day requirements to ensure overall operations are up to highest standards of service
- Conduct routine inspections of golf course and clubhouse areas to ensure optimum playing conditions are being maintained.
- Organize and execute sales plan and supervision of golf course programs including special events and tournaments.
- Liaise with customer in solving complaints and answer all enquiries
- Being a strong team player with co-colleagues and in conjunction with our business units.
- Able to relocate to other departments as instructed by Golf Operations Manager / Director of Golf (i.e. Golf Operations, G.C.M, Golf Carts, Driving Range, Golf Sales & Reservation, Membership Golf, etc.) in order to understand the overall responsibilities of each departments
With your knowledge and experience, you must conduct, implement, emphasize and improve all golf operations personnel and department: Starter, Marshal, Caddies, Golf Course Maintenance and advice merchandise trends and latest equipment technologies of Proshop.
- Deliver the highest level of presentation in all club areas, both front of house and back of house
- Perform other duties as required by Golf Operations Manager / Director of Golf
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
