1. Follows the hotel policies and procedures of hotel and Housekeeping.
2. Attends daily morning and afternoon meeting with Exec. Housekeeper.
3. Assigns of duties to maids/boys, delivers complimentary to new guests (F.I.T. and crew guests).
4. Obtain job assignment for the day from Asst. Housekeeper.
5. Collect room report and room keys from order taker.
6. Inspects/maintains proper clean up of the corridors, pantries, staircases, stores and garbage area.
7. Checks the cleanliness of the entire guest room/bathroom and to refill guest supplies properly.
8. Checks/train all floor staff on job performance according to required standard.
9. Checks and rechecks the ?V.I.P.? rooms daily, see that the room is in good condition, entirely clean from top to bottom, all guest supplies and amenities are completely provided.
10. Helps room maids/boys to clean up the room only when need room urgently.
11. Train/instructs room maids/boys the proper way of handling guest?s requests and servicing guests with good service manner and attitude at all times.
12. Trains/instructs room maids/boys to complete a occupied room with in 12-15 minutes and a check-out room within 15-20 minutes (a must).
13. Notes down the results of repairs done by work order to Asst. Housekeeper/Floor to follow up.
14. Enters information into the Log Book for next shift to follow up in case.
15. Checks/ensures clean linen and supplies are delivered in the morning and soiled linen taken away promptly by housemen.
16. Performs duties common to supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
