REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 5 years and a successful track record as Head of Restaurant Operation / F&B Operation in hotels , resorts , restaurants or clubs
2. Familiar with Asian and European food service with excellent guest service skills
3. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
4. Fluent in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills
5. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
7. College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
8. Thai national
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1. Lead and manage of overall Outlet and Room Service operation
2. Working with management to develop Outlet & Room Service
3. Achieve F&B business goals
4. Managing team member performance
5. Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations
6. The training, guidance and development of all F&B team member
7. Hygiene, safety and presentation in front and back of house
8. All outlets ready before first guest arrives
