Qualification:
- Male / Female
- Minimum bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting
- 10 year experience in Accounting , Fixed Assets (5 years in Assistant or Manager)
- Experience in F&B Hotel, Retail, Trading, Service
- English is a plus
- Manage,Analze,Organize,Control Accounting&Finance; / CPA or CPD
- Knowledge in Accounting software,POS, ERP, F/A
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products
Responsibilities:
1.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting
- cash forecasting; cash daily
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations,
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
2.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements ( P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow)
3.Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
4.Coordinate and complete annual audits
5.Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
6.Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
7.Meet financial accounting objectives; TAX, GAAP
8.Review BS Reconciliation for all related account code within timeline
9.Co-ordinate and provide information related functions with good supporting within internal Audit
10.Tax planning
11.Submit annual report with government (PND51/PND50/SBCH3 (ส.บช.3)
12.Provide performance report to related functi
