? The Bell Captain assists the Chief Concierge or Concierge during the day to day operations. .
? The Bell Captain reports directly to the Chief Concierge and Concierge supervises directly the Bellboys, Car Valets-Bellboys, and Door Lady & Door Man.
? The Bell Captain will assist the (Chief) Concierge in dealing with guest when he is busy or absent and he will be more specifically responsible for the supervision of the other tasks. During the absence of the (Chief) Concierge, the Bell Captain will be fully in charge of the Concierge operations during his shift.
? The schedule of the Bell Captain will rotate 24 hours a day.
