- Female or Male, Thai nationality not over 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field but preferably hospitality management or quality management
- Has experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
- Has knowledge of experience in quality management methodology
- Has knowledge of continuous quality improvement concepts, principles and theories, and understand the objectives of the area and related regulatory and / or industry requirements and practices
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and audit experience
- Hospitality related fire, health, environmental and safety knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation and guest satisfaction tracking/CRM
system experience
- Proficient training skills
- Excellent problem solving and coaching skills
- Has solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
