A Food & Beverage and Nitra Sales Ambassador is responsible for providing excellent customer service for all guests by promoting the products and services offered by the different Food & Beverage and Spa packages and experiences of the hotel. Additionally, the Food & Beverage and Nitra Sales Ambassador must ensure that the restaurants and spa are meeting their financial objectives, including budgets and covers per outlets, while increasing sales and driving customers to the restaurants and spa in order to achieve Food & Beverage and Nitra revenue growth.
