GENERAL MISSION
? Operational in charge of cleaning all kitchen machinery, utensil and for the outlets e.g. Cutlery, china ware and glasses.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? Keep the respective kitchen utensils and equipment clean at all times under the direct supervision of respective section head or supervisor
? Check and setup pot washing area
? Distribute all clean equipment to assigned area or shelve
? Wash pots and pans and place them upside down
? Collect and deliver garbage from all food and beverage sections
? Clean tank, mob and equipment used, hourly
? Cleaning kitchen floor area, walk-in refrigerators in connection with the respective section head in charge or supervisor
? Keep dish washing area clean and tidy
? Dish washing machine in clean functional state, reporting apparent defect to supervisor immediately
? Reduces, control and keep all breakage documented and submits after shift to supervisor
? Carry out any alternative duties as may assigned by Sous-Chef or Executive Chef
? Assist by setting up buffets at any location and the clearance
