Job Qualifications
- Male or Female.
- At least 2 years experience in hotel.
- Able to speak and write English well enough to communicate with the Manager and guests.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication.
- Working well independently and in a team.
- Outstanding problem solving abilities.
- Clear thinking and good decision making under pressure.
- Work closely with GM and the others Management Team.
- Overlooking day-to-day operation of the whole facility.
- Engage Guests in conversation and provide general assistance.
- Communicating with guest and guest problem solving.
- Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints.
- Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
- Reporting to the GM and Owner.
- Other duties as assigned
Salary Ranging THB 25,000 - THB 35,000.
